Requirements

  • Have 1+ years experience in sales development ideally selling software-led products B2B
  • Consistently achieve metrics and be motivated to be part of a growth journey
  • Be willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with an AE

Responsibilities

  • Break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of target customer segments
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
  • Qualify leads by learning about their approach to onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams
  • Have previous experience as an Enterprise SDR
  • Have previous experience working in a scale-up environment
