Requirements
- Have 1+ years experience in sales development ideally selling software-led products B2B
- Consistently achieve metrics and be motivated to be part of a growth journey
- Be willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with an AE
Responsibilities
- Break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of target customer segments
- Collaborate with the wider sales team
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
- Qualify leads by learning about their approach to onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams
- Have previous experience as an Enterprise SDR
- Have previous experience working in a scale-up environment
