Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales role
- Fluent in Spanish with advanced conversational English
- Proven experience working in a fast paced start up sales environment
- Highly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successfully gain client buy-in
- Quick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly, driven to successfully hit and exceed targets
- Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Past experience using CRM tools, and comfortable in Excel for numbers
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and research
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentations
- Prospect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leads
- Personalize outreach efforts to resonate potential clients' needs and interests
- Answer inquiries and provide commercial information about Nas.io
- Update, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM system
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress
- Participate in relevant industry events and conferences
- Build and expend your network within the industry to drive business opportunities
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategies
- Generate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performance
