Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Polish market, focusing on industries with significant data processing needs
  • Initiate and manage outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads by understanding their data management challenges and how Oxla’s solutions can help reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored outreach strategies that resonate with the target market
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Work with account executives to transition qualified leads into deeper sales engagements
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on market needs and customer pain points
