Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar outbound sales role, preferably within the IT industry and B2B products
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2 at least)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships
- Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Polish market, focusing on industries with significant data processing needs
- Initiate and manage outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads by understanding their data management challenges and how Oxlaβs solutions can help reduce operational costs
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored outreach strategies that resonate with the target market
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Work with account executives to transition qualified leads into deeper sales engagements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and competitive landscape
- Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on market needs and customer pain points
