Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred
  • Experience in private equity, financial services, or the tech space highly preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate service offerings and value propositions effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor with proven ability to serve the C-Suite

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
