Requirements

  • Fluent in American English (required for clear communication with U.S.-based clients)
  • 3+ years of B2B outbound cold calling experience with proven success in high-volume environments
  • Strong ability to reach decision-makers and secure appointments
  • High level of energy, a great attitude, and a relentless work ethic
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Education: Minimum associate or bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent job experience)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls (minimum of 100 calls per day) to business executives in Texas
  • Engage decision-makers and set at least 3 qualified appointments per week (Zoom)
  • Build and maintain a warm database of 1,300 prospects for future sales opportunities
  • Schedule prospect meetings directly on the outside sales teamโ€™s calendar
  • Track activities and progress in HubSpot, reporting against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals
  • Develop relationships with prospects and ensure a positive, professional interaction at every touchpoint
  • Qualify prospects according to specific criteria to drive relevant appointments and opportunities
  • Maintain an organized and productive workflow to maximize daily results
