Responsibilities

  • Partner training: Develop and deliver onboarding programs and training for new partners, ensuring they understand our products, value proposition, and sales processes
  • Partner development: Work with our Alliances team to develop partner enablement programs and identify opportunities to increase revenue generated by partners
  • Sales enablement: Partner with our Americas sales leadership to define regional enablement needs, and design and deliver enablement programs to meet those needs
  • Content: Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources, ensuring materials are accessible, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the target audience
  • Performance reporting: Develop and track tangible KPIs to measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Events: Plan and execute events, such as training sessions, and support in organizing our annual global Sales Kick-Off

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail and manufacturing supply chain is considered an advantage
  • Spanish language skill is considered an advantage

To support the rapid growth of RELEXโ€™s go-to-market organizations, we are now looking for a full-time Sales Enablement Manager to join our global Sales Enablement team. This team is responsible for providing the sales team with the training and resources needed to improve sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth. A primary focus of this role is to create and deliver training and enablement programs for partners globally and drive regional enablement for the Americas sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in either sales or partner enablement within an enterprise environment.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Atlanta office or remotely in the United States.

What youโ€™ll be doing:
