Join RELEX Solutions as a Sales Enablement Manager and contribute to the growth of our go-to-market organizations. This full-time, remote role (UK based) focuses on creating and delivering training programs for global partners and the Americas sales team. You will develop onboarding programs, work with the Alliances team to increase partner revenue, and collaborate with sales leadership to define regional enablement needs. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in sales or partner enablement within an enterprise environment and strong communication and presentation skills. Requirements
- 4+ years in sales training, enablement or related field
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Solution Selling
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English)
- Proven track record of creating and delivering sales training programs
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to influence and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Experience using modern CRM, sales engagement, and e-Learning tools
- Experience working at an enterprise SaaS company
- Ability to work across multiple time zones to effectively support global teams and partners
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs and training for new partners, ensuring they understand our products, value proposition, and sales processes
- Work with our Alliances team to develop partner enablement programs and identify opportunities to increase revenue generated by partners
- Partner with our Americas sales leadership to define regional enablement needs, and design and deliver enablement programs to meet those needs
- Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources, ensuring materials are accessible, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the target audience
- Develop and track tangible KPIs to measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives
- Plan and execute events, such as training sessions, and support in organizing our annual global Sales Kick-Off
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all enablement activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of retail and manufacturing supply chain is considered an advantage
- Spanish language skill is considered an advantage
