Requirements
- Experience working in the technology industry; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Working knowledge of Showpad preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to deliver training confidently and clearly to a variety of system user groups
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, presentations, case studies and product information sheets
- Maintain training portal and resource library in Showpad
- Develop and deliver sales technology and tools training (e.g. Salesforce)
- Create and schedule training classes while delivering high-quality training in a variety of mediums including virtual webinars and in person instructor-led sessions
- Evaluate and manage sales tools and technologies, collaborating with sales operations to optimize sales processes and enhance productivity
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align messaging, strategies, and resources with sales objectives
- Analyze and report sales performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly
- Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives, helping them effectively utilize resources and tools
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Talent Development team to ensure training program alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales training strategies and programs
