Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience at a digital health, health tech or healthcare services business with documented quota achievement
  • Deep insights into the payer ecosystem, main stakeholders and trends
  • Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft business proposals, build compelling business cases, and present to senior executives
  • The ability to research, identify, pitch and close new business deals coupled with strong analytical and account management skills is required
  • High emotional intelligence and experience influencing purchase decisions in collaboration with others
  • Skills required to build relationships include creative systems thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address all customer's needs
  • A long-term mindset that understands the importance of investing in and adding value to payers early in their lifecycle to earn their trust and loyalty
  • Bachelorโ€™s or advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a strategic approach to each stage of the sales process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health plans, including C-level executives, clinical leadership, and IT/operations teams
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Implementations, and Product, to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with Curaiโ€™s broader goals and that customer needs are met effectively
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline development, deal progression, and revenue impact. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Meet or exceed targets for the adoption of Curai Health solutions with health plans and TPAs
  • Stay on top of the latest payer trends, especially those related to primary care, product innovation, and AI strategies. Use this knowledge to drive process improvements and influence Curaiโ€™s long-term strategy for the health plan market
