Sales Operations Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst, supporting our Sales Operations and Finance teams by conducting contract reviews, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to optimize operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, or qualified by relevant experience
• Proven experience in sales analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce. Certification in Salesforce is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey audit findings to peers and management
• Detail-oriented with a high level of data management accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within the CRM and Mintel’s sales performance tracking Excel sheets
• Review sales contracts and agreements globally to ensure accuracy and compliance with Finance company policies and procedures
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential risks in contracts and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution
• Collaborate with our legal department to ensure contract terms and conditions are appropriate
