Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of large format digital printing, roll-to-roll digital printing, dye sublimation, and related applications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in large format printing, point of sales, soft signage, QSR displays, environmental graphics, and retail applications
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
  • Provide expert advice on print solutions, offering customized recommendations that align with client objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of print projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production and design, to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess competitor offerings, and stay informed about emerging trends
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of large format digital printing, roll-to-roll digital printing, and dye sublimation processes
  • Articulate technical details to clients in a clear and understandable manner
  • Educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of various print solutions, guiding them in making informed decisions
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations to enhance client understanding of the print process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Print Sales Representative, preferably with a focus on large format digital printing and dye sublimation
  • Strong understanding of point of sales, soft signage, QSR displays, environmental graphics, and retail applications
