Requirements

  • Experience with additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party tools and financial systems
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating workflows, process builders, flows, and reports
  • Implement and support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features through continuous learning and certifications
  • Administer and optimize Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) to support financial and professional services processes
  • Configure and manage key Certinia modules, such as PSA (Professional Services Automation) and FFA
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and Certinia
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements or process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test system changes
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment
  • Train and support end-users, providing documentation and guidance on system usage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar financial management systems
  • Experience working in finance, professional services, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
