Requirements
- Experience with additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party tools and financial systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating workflows, process builders, flows, and reports
- Implement and support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features through continuous learning and certifications
- Administer and optimize Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) to support financial and professional services processes
- Configure and manage key Certinia modules, such as PSA (Professional Services Automation) and FFA
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and Certinia
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements or process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test system changes
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment
- Train and support end-users, providing documentation and guidance on system usage
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar financial management systems
- Experience working in finance, professional services, or similar industries
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
