Remote Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Business Analyst to support the product owner in demand evaluation, design and modeling new demands in Salesforce of T-Systems, and administrate user stories and features in Jira.

• Salesforce SalesCloud is a must, Marketing Cloud and DataCloud preferred
• Previous exposure to the consultancy industry, especially customer-facing processes are advantageous
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English, German is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Capture, challenge and understand functional and technical requirements from key business stakeholders
• Build a broad stakeholder community and key relationships at all levels across internal teams and Business Units
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholder to discuss/clarify requirements and solution details, prioritize requirements according to their needs, while identifying gaps, verify assumptions and dependencies
• Define E2E solution that meets stakeholder needs and document it, following the defined standards
• Work effectively with the software development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements
