Requirements

  • Proven enterprise account management and sales skills with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience in lead generation and business development
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS Enterprise Sales Process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of the SaaS, Life Sciences, BioPharma, and genomics industries is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or applicable field

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Labbit LIMS enterprise SAAS sales process
  • Manage key client accounts
  • Generate new leads
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to support outbound sales efforts and campaigns
  • Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies with your team to cultivate and sustain key account partnerships
  • Conduct client discovery meetings to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Present data-driven insights and success stories to prospective clients in person and virtually
  • Proactively contribute to continuous improvement while meeting and exceeding sales performance goals and team outcomes
  • Foster relationships with the biotech community and industry leaders and expand our reference customer base
