Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Production Designer! We're looking for someone with experience in production design or a related field to conduct pre-press and print production work. You'll prepare files from client tech packs, collaborate with the planner and product development team, and create production files in InDesign.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in production design or a related field
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with knowledge of automation/scripting
• Proactive, with strong initiative for project clarity and alignment
• Good judgment, creative eye, and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain brand consistency

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-press and print production work
• Prepare Illustrator or Photoshop files from client tech packs for direct-to-garment printing
• Collaborate with the planner and product development team to prepare product formats
• Create production files in InDesign based on internal team designs for various formats
