Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a MEDDPICC environment, with a strong track record of successful implementation and results
  • Leadership level experience within a hyper-growth stage company
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports our business goals, aligns with the overall company vision and enhances the customer experience
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead the development and execution of robust forecasting models to provide accurate revenue projections
  • Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance revenue growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives and a unified go-to-market strategy
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership and the Sales Enablement team to refine sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and optimize pipeline management, driving effective execution and performance
  • MEDDPICC Implementation: Champion the MEDDPICC sales framework across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively leverage this methodology
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
