Join Center, a hyper-growth SaaS company backed by the co-founder of Concur, as the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing to lead demand generation strategy, build and scale a high-performance marketing team, and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue through demand generation strategies
- Demonstrated success in building and managing teams with a focus on demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, especially in the initial stages when team resources are being built
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, marketing funnel dynamics, and lead nurturing techniques
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure success through KPIs and revenue contribution
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience aligning closely with Sales and BDR teams to achieve shared goals
- Solid knowledge of Marketing and Sales Operations processes as they relate to Demand Generation. Including some hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a passion for innovation and driving business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Develop and Own Demand Generation Strategy: Lead the Strategy and execution of an integrated demand generation strategy across all channels and customer segments to drive marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
- Manage paid search, paid social, and other forms of digital audience acquisition. Optimize these channels to drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility
- Develop an event strategy that maximizes ROI, from large-scale trade shows to small, intimate ABM events. Build a process for measuring the success and impact of event spend, ensuring events drive meaningful engagement and pipeline
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with both regional and global goals, ensuring consistency and revenue impact
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, data-driven marketing team focused on demand generation, tactics using the channels described above
- Own marketingβs contribution to company sales pipeline goals, working closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to drive alignment and optimize lead management processes
- Be the key partner to Sales, BDR, and GTM leadership to ensure a seamless connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all demand channels. Continuously analyze performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies, track performance, and report ROI. Ensure the Revenue Marketing team is focused on delivering measurable revenue impact
- Establish best practices for revenue marketing within the company and set the foundation for a high-growth future
