Requirements
- 5+ years in event management, with experience owning agency relationships
- Proven track record of building new event programs that drive business impact
- Strong collaboration abilities, including working with multiple executive stakeholders
- Excellent budget and project management skills
- Data-driven approach with a focus on KPIs and pipeline metrics
- Experience with tools like Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead event activations aligned with business objectives, product roadmap, and marketing strategy
- Support channel partner teams to create engaging experiences across all touchpoints: pre, during, and post-event
- Work with stakeholders to build a multi-year growth plan for owned and sponsored events (both virtual and in-person)
- Develop compelling event programs that mix storytelling, customer experiences, and thought leadership to drive engagement and pipeline
- Partner with the demand generation team to optimize audience acquisition before and after events
- Establish scalable, repeatable processes to enhance event planning and promotion efficiency
- Provide regular event reports with data-driven insights and recommendations
