Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a quota carrying role with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Skilled in establishing, developing and maintain key relationships within strategic accounts, including senior client relationships at the C-Suite level
  • Deep understanding of the Family Office strategic competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and the ability to work within a collaborative environment to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self starter with attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related major

As a Senior Family Office Sales Executive at Ridgeline, you will help us break into the Family Office space by focusing on net-new customer acquisition, and leveraging your deep domain expertise in the asset management industry to sell the Ridgeline platform. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to become an early member of our Go-To-Market team, which is dedicated to delivering long-term value for customers by positioning Ridgeline’s modern, unified platform as a game-changer.

This is an individual contributor role.

What will you do?

  • As a Ridgeline Family Office Senior Sales Executive, you will lead business development efforts, open a market, and sell to named accounts.
  • You will drive net-new business sales from prospecting through to close.
  • You will drive sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, marketing and sales support.
  • You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Ridgeline as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative to legacy solutions.
  • You will manage and maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • You are willing to travel regularly (~33% of the time) to foster and maintain relationships.
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

Compensation and Benefits

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $305,500 to $335,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
