Responsibilities
- Devise comprehensive strategies on paid social growth channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok that successfully meet marketing targets with a focus on improving KPIs that ultimately drive CAC and bottom-line profitability (Orders, CVR, Discounts, CPA, ROAS, Contribution Margin)
- Manage day-to-day planning, buying, measuring and optimizing of acquisition efforts, applying a critical, quantitative eye to ensure weβre hitting or exceeding new customer and revenue goals
- Lead teams to formulate hypotheses, automate processes, and execute on experiments to unlock incremental revenue, including strategically conducting testing of ad content types and landing pages
- Monitor, optimize and report on campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on ad spend
- Conduct systematic analyses of campaign performance and landing pages to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Report insights to relevant cross-functional teams such as the wider Marketing department and Product/Merchandising
- Identify and drive efficiencies to more systematically scale paid social media campaigns including reporting, creative management, project management
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and competitive. Provide actionable insights to the Management Team
