Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong knowledge of various IT profiles such as web developers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, project managers, etc
  • Ability to source and attract both passive and active candidates using a variety of platforms and tools
  • Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of technical job requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close job offers while maintaining positive candidate relationships
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Conversational English skills (B2) required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events), as well as engaging with passive candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions tailored to attract top talent
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, culture fit, and technical skills. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with team leads
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings and foster ongoing relationships with talent communities
  • Handle job offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with budget, market standards, and candidate expectations while maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote the companyโ€™s brand and values to attract high-quality IT talent, including managing our presence at career fairs and other networking events
