Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a learning and development role
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
- Instructional design and experience applying the ADDIE methodology required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Acts as an effective people manager, supporting morale, engagement, and career development
- Identify and assess the training and development needs of employees at all levels
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs, including workshops, seminars, and online courses
- Effectively balances insourced and outsourced learning solutions and makes sound business decisions based on critical factors (e.g., current workloads, budgets, capabilities)
- Deliver training programs and workshops or oversee their delivery by external trainers
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Support performance management initiatives by providing training and coaching on performance review processes
- Develop and implement career development programs to support employee growth and progression
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- All other duties as assigned
