Summary

Join our team as a Senior Sales Manager and help maximize a massive market opportunity by leading a team of Account Executives. You will manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory.

Requirements

  • Previous track record of success in achieving sales targets
  • 2+ years of sales leadership preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits space
  • Proactive approach to activating new customers
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory
  • Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers
  • Work cross departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team
  • Monitor pipeline and communicate how the team is tracking to the VP of Sales
  • Travel as needed to see target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences
  • Bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways
