Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to sales, proficient in CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot
  • Interest and strong proficiency in using tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and generative AI tools to boost productivity and foster collaboration
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or relevant background in the industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote RWE solutions to pharmaceutical companies, life sciences and other healthcare organizations (payors, โ€ฆ)
  • Identify and target potential clients, understanding their unique needs and how our services can add value
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
