Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ABM Software (e.g. 6sense) and analytics tools
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and present insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of global campaign strategies, focusing on personas, buyer’s journey mapping, target account selection, offers, and nurture strategies to drive lead conversion and engagement
  • Develop and execute tailored ABX programs that engage specific target segments, driving meaningful interactions and pipeline growth across new and existing customers
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, field marketing, and RevOps to align campaign efforts with audience needs and market drivers
  • Oversee the deployment of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and web ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive experience for target accounts
  • Work closely with the Marketing Ops and RevOps to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Provide detailed performance reports and strategic insights to marketing leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations for future campaign strategies
  • Drive testing and experimentation with new channels, technologies, and creative approaches to ensure that campaigns remain innovative and competitive
  • Ensure global campaign consistency while adapting strategies to meet the needs of regional markets and account-specific opportunities
  • Mentor and develop a team of campaign managers and specialists

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with 6sense and other ABM platforms (e.g., Mutiny)
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and their application in measuring the impact of marketing efforts
  • Background in managing global campaigns with a focus on both new customer acquisition and account expansion

About the position

The Senior Manager, Global Campaigns & ABM is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of global marketing campaigns and ABM programs that drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, performance marketing, sales and RevOps, to ensure campaigns are aligned with market opportunities and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABX strategies, experience in multi-channel campaign management, and a passion for using data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

● Global Campaign Strategy: Lead the creation of global campaign strategies, focusing on personas, buyer’s journey mapping, target account selection, offers, and nurture strategies to drive lead conversion and engagement.

● ABX Program Development: Develop and execute tailored ABX programs that engage specific target segments, driving meaningful interactions and pipeline growth across new and existing customers

Skills and Qualifications
