Requirements

  • You likely have a minimum of 8 years of experience scaling a demand generation function at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Understanding search engine optimization and paid search to increase online visibility
  • Crafting and optimizing automated nurturing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • General understanding of how to build programs that convert self-serve business users to contracted teams accounts
  • You know how to define, measure, and manage sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and Excel for reporting and insights
  • Experiment with content, channels, and messaging to maximize ROI
  • Ability to develop high-impact content like eBooks, case studies, webinars, and white papers
  • Hands-on experience designing and launching multi-channel campaigns that align with buyer journeys
  • You produce work that is striking, worthy of attention, and a contribution to the state of the art
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals and strategies
  • You're able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. You’re effective across various mediums and are excellent at working in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify the most effective channels (e.g., paid media, organic, ABM, partnerships) for reaching core ICP
  • Design and execute campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Marketing Sourced Opportunities and drive them down the funnel
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates across stages (MQL to SQL, SQL to opportunities, oppty to closed won)
  • Create targeted programs to engage and convert high-value accounts and high-value self-serve users
  • Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth investments
  • Optimize spend across channels, campaigns, and regions
  • Maximize Product-Led Growth impact, in partnership with Product: Onboarding, Referrals, Virality
  • In-product lead generation
  • Drive retention by nurturing the full customer and user lifecycles
  • Manage and mentor a team of external marketers to execute demand generation strategies effectively
  • Work alongside peer marketing leadership to drive alignment on growth strategy and execution
  • Work closely with sales teams to align on goals, share insights, and optimize lead handoff processes
  • Foster a high-performance, experimentation-friendly environment that supports rapid iteration and growth
  • Prioritize budget and resources for maximum impact on demand generation efforts
