Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation principles across digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets
- Identify and prioritize target audiences and buyer personas
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, events, and other channels
- Collaborate with content and design to create compelling marketing assets and content, including landing pages, emails, ads, and social media posts
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI
- Work with the Marketing Operations specialists to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency
- Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up processes. Manage lead qualification, and nurturing workflows to ensure quality and maximize conversion
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Utilize data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on campaign performance and progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the workplace experience or enterprise software industry
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Experience with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies
