Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, with direct experience in social media and influencer marketing
• Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in the execution of campaigns

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business goals
• Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, manage gifting programs, and oversee social media postings to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Develop and manage affiliate programs and strategic partnerships to drive growth and brand loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategies
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future efforts
