- Clear communicator -- you are able to express yourself clearly and professionally with great detail, both verbally and through writing
- Master juggler -- you can have multiple balls in the air, know where they all are, and never let one drop (bonus if you really can juggle)
- People person -- you quickly build trusting relationships with stakeholders, and combine empathy with a willingness to have direct, challenging conversations (and your former colleagues probably still call you for advice)
Responsibilities
- Execute key strategy projects across the company
- Partner with the Executive team to drive the business & their specific functional priorities
- Manage the companyβs operating cadence and drumbeat to keep our global team aligned, drive accountability, and maintain our high growth rate
- Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks, continuously improving processes to optimize company performance
