Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing technologies
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Creative problem solver with a proactive and strategic approach to challenges
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of marketing operations strategies set in collaboration with the broader GTM Operations team and business partners that align with company goals and drive effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution
- Oversee the management and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analytics
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure the smooth operationalization of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, to achieve business goals
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and tools
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives on a per campaign, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing (particularly Demand Gen, PMM, and ABM), Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
- Serve as a key cross-functional business partner to the Marketing Leadership team
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
