Remote Senior Manager, People Business Partner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at all levels
• Experience managing organizational change and driving cultural transformation

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to leadership teams on human resource-related matters, aligning business objectives with HR strategies that support the company’s goals
• Collaborate across all business functions, leveraging HR expertise to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and growth
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure alignment with long-term business goals
• Manage complex employee relations issues, providing sound advice on resolution, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture
• Partner with leadership to assess and evolve organizational structures, processes, and practices to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
• Analyze and interpret HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement surveys) to drive business decisions and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations
