Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation administration
  • Broad HR generalist experience, with a specialization in at least one area (e.g., compensation, benefits)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis
  • Experience working in growth-stage tech or tech-enabled companies, ideally SaaS
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, manage leave policies, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
  • Support compensation reviews, manage job evaluations, and assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies
  • Leverage data to identify trends, provide insights, and drive HR initiatives related to workforce planning, turnover, and compensation equity
  • Lead onboarding, off-boarding, policy updates, and compliance management
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify employee development needs and implement training programs
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring accurate data management and reporting
