Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent and 10+ years of progressive People Team experience driving people strategies and programs requiring strong partnerships with business leaders in a technology organization
  • Strong business acumen and experience with rapidly growing organizations at scale ($100M - $1B+) to understand business needs, anticipate potential challenges, and design people strategies that help achieve the business goals and make Abnormal Security a top company for employees
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
  • Track record of coaching and developing leaders to navigate complexities related to scaling talent, teams and culture; able to apply organizational diagnostics and talent management strategies to shift leadership behaviors and influence business outcomes
  • Experience working with leaders across multiple countries and knowledge of regulatory and cultural implications on global people strategies and employment best practices
  • Strong Program Management skills to design and deliver people initiatives with flawless execution; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Effective listener and persuasive communicator, able to build empathy and inspire action
  • Highest levels of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, standards of excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Team up with colleagues across the People's function to design and deliver market competitive comp and benefits practices, leading-edge leadership and employee development programs, and workforce technology systems that uniquely support and scale the organization

As a key member of the People Business Partner team, this role will provide both strategic vision and operational excellence for the design, development and execution of people strategies and programs across the business in ways that achieve organizational outcomes driving our business to new heights – scaling organizations, building leadership capabilities,  attracting the best talent, reinforcing our culture, and creating a workplace environment where employees do the best work of their lives.  You should have broad experience across People Team disciplines and deep expertise in talent management, leadership coaching and capability building, organizational design and team development, and change management. You should be an innovative HR professional who is energized by diagnosing organizational challenges and building highly effective people programs that have a direct impact on our business and teams. We are looking for a highly organized, self-starter that can navigate in a dynamic environment, execute with speed, and manage through change and rapid growth.

This role will report to our Sr Director, People Business Partner for GTM and partner across our People Business Partner leadership team on the highest priorities for the team.

Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Base salary range:

$178,000—$210,000 USD
