Requirements

  • Extensive years of experience in revenue operations or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot , with demonstrated experience implementing and managing CRM systems and revenue technology tools
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, build high-performing departments, and drive accountability across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, implement process improvements, and develop growth strategies
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present complex information clearly, and foster cross-departmental collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of RevOps Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Marketing Automation Specialists
  • Own their pod (presales or postsales) by being an accountable leader and partner to revenue teams and by defining processes that ensure seamless collaboration across the company
  • Be a subject matter expert on best practices related to customer journey, revenue tooling, and go-to-market strategy
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of key CRM and revenue tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Foster a data-driven culture by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to track team success, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on revenue objectives, create tactical plans, and support ongoing transformation efforts to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Align Engineering resources to ensure that their pods initiatives are staffed and prioritized properly
