Senior Product Manager

Our Product team deeply understands our customers, empathizes with their needs, analyzes how it impacts our business, strategically selects which challenges to tackle, comes up with innovative solutions, works diligently to make them a reality, and consistently learns from the results.

Vic.ai has a small but outstanding team, and as a product manager, you’ll play a crucial part in our product’s success. To excel here, you’ll need a talent for simplifying complex problems, turning intricacies into clear solutions, and using smart reasoning to reach effective conclusions. Your leadership skills will be key in partnering with a diverse team of designers, engineers, support, and sales to turn these solutions into reality.

What you’ll do:

• Product Development: Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to conceptualize and develop new features and products.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

• User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive and meet customer expectations.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and drive improvements.

• Agile Development: Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile processes.

• Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.

What you’ll need:

• You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in product management.

• Strategic Thinker: You possess a strategic mindset and can navigate the intersection of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to define a clear product vision.

• Passion for Innovation: You’re passionate about driving innovation and are excited to work on cutting-edge solutions that have a meaningful impact on our customers and the industry.

• Effective Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Results-Oriented: You’re driven by results and have a track record of delivering successful products on time and within scope.

The base annual salary range for this position is specific to the United States and ranges from $130,000 - $180,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: internal equity, skills, prior experiences, work location, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
