Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct business process reviews and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with Customer Success & Sales Executives to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation related to the clouds mentioned above
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, trends, and industry standards related to Sales, Service & Experience Cloud (PRM & Customer)
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for our clients
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and opportunities
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Business Consulting on strategic initiatives and business development efforts

Day in the Life of a Sr. Business Architect

As a Neocol Salesforce Business Architect, your day will involve leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable solutions while conducting business process reviews and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities. As a key advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices for subscription based organizations while leading workshops or training sessions for clients.

Additionally, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery while building strong client relationships. Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives will also be a vital part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct business process reviews and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success & Sales Executives to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation related to the clouds mentioned above.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, trends, and industry standards related to Sales, Service & Experience Cloud (PRM & Customer).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for our clients. You can effortlessly play the role of Lead Consultant on Delivery projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Architect, in Salesforce consulting, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Salesforce Certifications: Possession of advanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Project Management Qualifications: Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, indicating advanced skills in project management methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with Specific Industries: Specialized experience in Subscription Based Organizations.
  • CRM Strategy Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Integration Expertise: Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, or experience with Salesforce Lightning development.
  • Change Management Skills: Experience in leading change management initiatives, helping organizations adapt to new systems and processes smoothly.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in advanced data analysis and reporting within Salesforce, using tools like Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Expertise in mapping out customer journeys and designing Salesforce solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Publication and Thought Leadership: Contributions to industry publications, blogs, or speaking engagements at relevant conferences, establishing the candidate as a thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem.
