Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a solution engineer or in a similar consulting role
• Proficiency in agile methodologies
• Expertise in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies
• Experience with DevOps, Git workflows, and release processes
• Proficient in both German and English
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with back-end engineers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality web experiences
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate current and future challenges
• Take technical responsibility for client projects, from cost estimation to final implementation
