Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and optimization of HR Programs across the business to drive employee engagement
• Manage the Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy and develop programming and tools for ERG leaders
• Assist in the development or updating of company policies and other knowledge management tools
• Support the Pulse (employee engagement) survey on a quarterly basis
• Lead the onboarding experience for new hires to Wealthsimple
• Facilitate leadership development programs and training sessions
• Support other members of the HR Programs team to enable all HR Programs across the organization
