Requirements
- Skilled in implementing and maintining Mobile Device Management (Intune, Mosyle)
- Expertise in creating and optimizing Workflow/process automation (Tines, Automation for Jira)
- Experience at configuring and managing SSO setup and integration including SCIM
- Proficient in Software Asset Management Administration and Analysis (Flexera)
- Experienced in SaaS platform management and security posture monitoring (Slack, Miro, Team Retro, Thoughtspot, Tableau)
- Have advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management platforms (Google Workspace and Azure Entra ID)
- Experience in implementing Allowlisting (application control)
- Experienced with Endpoint Detection and Response and SIEM (Ninja One, Crowdstrike)
- Skilled in Issue and Project Tracking (Jira, Jira Service Management)
- Familiarity with Cyber Asset and Attack Surface Management (Wiz, Axion)
- Fluent in Scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell
Responsibilities
- Implementing best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to device and Google Workspace administration tasks and complex projects
- Developing repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality
- Documenting, deploying, and improving new and existing features to continually improve OVOβs internal user experience
- Deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring our device management and Google Workspace platforms
- Working with our technology teams to review our current environment and ensure an integrated identity, device and Workspace security capability while driving a roadmap of innovation and automation
- Creating, updating, and maintaining on device and Workspace security policies and platforms, maintaining enforcement and automating application and patch management
