Requirements

  • Extensive full lifecycle recruiting experience in a technical environment with a demonstrable track record leading senior partners to successful hiring outcomes
  • Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights, guide impactful decisions and understand opportunities areas that need improvement
  • The ability to identify and drive strategic projects from creation to launch to improve outcomes within Talent Acquisition overall
  • Exposure and a commitment to innovative recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs at Honeycomb
  • Proven hands-on experience working with Greenhouse
  • Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques
  • A distinct passion for recruiter enablement

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor who drives recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
  • Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
  • Be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
  • Use your high attention to detail to help navigate and pivot to changing business needs and priorities
  • Proactively be a mentor and 'go to' for the broader TA team on best practices, challenges, etc
