Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups, specifically supporting engineering teams
• Previously evaluated candidates for a range of technical roles, across multiple levels, including technical leadership
• Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter
• Sourcer at heart
• Comfortable with ownership and moving uncomfortably fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for your work
• Provide an incredible candidate experience
• Extremely organized and able to balance multiple competing priorities
• Data-focused, measuring pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations
• Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices

Responsibilities

• Identify strong candidates
• Experiment by yourself or by working in tandem with hiring managers to reach out efficiently to potential candidates
• Find or create new sources of talent
• Screen candidates
• Juggle a variety of roles at once
• Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
• Iterate on candidate feedback
• Cultivate relationships with individuals and groups
• Emphasize diversity
