We're looking for someone with experience in SEO content creation and social media copywriting, or willingness to learn. The role involves writing, editing, and publishing long-form SEO-optimised posts, landing pages, and social media posts, as well as coordinating with internal teams and responding to client inquiries.

Requirements

• Significant experience in SEO content creation
• Significant experience as a Social Content Copy Writer or a similar role (or willingness to learn)
• Solid team collaboration experience
• Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Hands-on experience using Social software ie Sprout Social
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent client relationship-building skills
• Strong people skills
• Excellent numerical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong Time management skills
• Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish long-form SEO-optimised posts
• Write, edit and optimise Landing pages
• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our client's target audience’s behaviours
• Select appealing images and videos to complement the text
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
• Network with clients and industry professionals
• Meet with clients to strategise what their voice is and who they are trying to reach, then be able to curate content that reflects the outcomes of the meeting
