Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience in managing community interactions across multiple platforms, responding to questions, comments, and direct messages
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work closely with the team, and execute on creative ideas

Responsibilities

• Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand
• Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms
• Manage community interactions, responding to questions, comments, and messages to keep followers engaged and connected
• Optimize the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for maximum reach and engagement
• Launch and grow the TikTok presence
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and pushes the creative boundaries
