Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva is essential; Figma experience is advantageous
• Video Editing: Ability to create and edit engaging videos for social media platforms
• Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with experience managing B2B accounts and boosting engagement
• Lead Tracking: Experience using HubSpot for lead tracking and management is preferred but not required
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Creativity: Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas and develop a fun, avant-garde brand voice
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media posts across Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand strategy
• Create engaging social media graphics using design tools like Canva and Figma to boost visual appeal and engagement
• Edit and create short videos for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging visual content
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, nurturing leads, and fostering a sense of community
• Use HubSpot (preferred but not required) to track and manage leads, ensuring timely engagement
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain an interesting, avant-garde, and fun brand voice that stands out in the market
• Suggest New Technologies: Stay updated on the latest social media tools and technologies and suggest innovative ways to enhance engagement and streamline social media processes
• Drive social media engagement by creating content that resonates with the B2B audience, encouraging interaction, and building a strong online presence
• Design infographics and research briefs using data provided by NFD for dissemination via newsletters and other channels
