Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, on-brand content using our customers, capabilities, and culture
  • Manage our social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and help us launch our TikTok
  • Execute our editorial calendar and campaigns
  • Manage Twilio’s employee advocacy program, equipping our global and regional teams to share content
  • Engage and build our community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers daily
  • Collaborate with key company stakeholders on goals for campaigns, product releases, events, and other company-wide initiatives
  • Contribute to Twilio’s mission of building the world’s leading customer engagement platform by showing what’s possible with it
  • Create interesting, engaging content for our top executives
  • Perform analysis and use data to prove our program is growing and our bets are paying off
  • Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences
