Requirements

• 3 or more years’ experience in IT support preferred
• Proven experience providing high-quality technical support and customer service to end-users in various environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Experience managing and responding to technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing hardware malfunctions, including workstations, laptops, printers, and other equipment
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth functioning of software and minimizing disruptions to business processes
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, escalating issues as needed
• Implement solutions to improve the performance, reliability, and security of IT systems
• Monitor IT systems and proactively identify and address potential issues
• Provide training and guidance to junior IT support staff
• Provide excellent user experience through the ticketing queue
• Solve complex technical issues for IT infrastructure and end-user devices
• Support Microsoft environments and services
