  • Build and administer advanced web surveys in online survey software, including troubleshooting, translations, response coding, and distributions
  • Clean and prepare databases of client properties and survey participants for accurate integration within Grace Hill systems
  • Complete data uploads for initial platform setup and ongoing client maintenance
  • Configure client system setup in the proprietary Grace Hill portal
  • Communicate updates and key milestones to Implementation Managers and Project Managers

Job description

Survey Implementation Specialist, Design Team

Position Type: Full-time

Work Location: Remote

We are currently seeking a Survey Implementation Specialist to add to our team. The Specialist is responsible for the technical setup and system configuration required to implement our survey product. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and administer advanced web surveys in online survey software, including troubleshooting, translations, response coding, and distributions.
  • Clean and prepare databases of client properties and survey participants for accurate integration within Grace Hill systems
  • Complete data uploads for initial platform setup and ongoing client maintenance
  • Configure client system setup in the proprietary Grace Hill portal
  • Communicate updates and key milestones to Implementation Managers and Project Managers

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-motivation / willingness to take initiative/ability to work independently
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with survey design and survey software a plus (CX/XM, Voice of the Customer, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRMs, Google Workspace, or project management tracking tools is a plus.
