Summary

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on Contract to support hiring across Corporate, Post Sales and Marketing functions within North America and Latin America. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with leaders to source and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of college coursework and recruitment experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment activities is required

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert: Drive the search for a specific set of roles at Dynatrace
  • Hire: Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for Dynatrace, including sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations and closing candidates
  • Partner: Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs
  • Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment
  • Organize: Own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience
