Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated talent acquisition and leadership experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software
- Experience communicating at all levels of management, and partnering extremely well with others
- Experience working on multiple projects and tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Lead a team of TA Partners who will manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs
- Use different recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies
- Provide guidance to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
- Encourage learning and development within the team
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence
