Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary

Join Neocol as a Talent Acquisition Manager and spearhead our growth by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing processes, and sourcing top talent within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Your expertise in recruiting and using Greenhouse will be crucial. You'll contribute to a dynamic environment focused on collaboration, creativity, trust, ownership, and passion. Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• 3+ years of experience recruiting within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or consulting environments
• Proven ability to source and engage specialized, passive candidates in niche markets
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly
• Expertise in ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, and recruitment metrics tracking

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer negotiation
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and address evolving staffing needs
• Develop and continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and processes
• Identify and engage with passive, niche candidates within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce implementation partner domains
• Use Greenhouse to monitor candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a seamless process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international recruiting
• Established understanding of recruiting needs in a consulting environment
